GHT provides specialist asbestos consultancy, surveying, analytical and training services, and has delivered BOHS asbestos and occupational hygiene courses across the UK and internationally.

I began my career in asbestos management in 1995 with Hampshire County Council’s Scientific Service, before later working as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth, where I developed and delivered BOHS asbestos training and supported MSc students in occupational and environmental health and safety.

I am Registrar of the Faculty of Asbestos Assessment and Management and sit on the Board of Trustees of the British Occupational Hygiene Society. I am particularly interested in improving professional competence, raising standards across the asbestos sector, and supporting FAAM’s continued development.
