The Faculty of Occupational Hygiene is the professional home for all practitioners who work within a discipline of occupational hygiene: chemicals, dusts and fibres, fumes, noise, ergonomics, biological agents, extreme temperatures and vibration.
What is the purpose of the Faculty?
- To pursue excellence for all those who practise the science of occupational hygiene
- To establish, develop and maintain standards of competence in occupational hygiene practice for those who are members of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene (FOH)
- To act as the guardian of professional standards and ethics in occupational hygiene
