Bill Cassells, Managing Director of LEV training provider Oxyl8, this year won the Thomas Bedford Medal for outstanding contributions of an individual to the improvement of worker health protection. As part of his prize, he was given a speaking slot at our annual conference but, due to Covid-19, the event was postponed.

It was then decided to give Bill his speaking opportunity via a webinar presentation. Bill shares with us stories from both his personal and professional life, and discusses how in control of control we really are, given our new perspective on life in a post-Covid world.
