Mitigating Burnout with Industrial Hygiene Principles

BOHS

Whether you are an individual contributor or manager, you are most responsible for one thing… leading yourself.

That can be difficult when there are many competing forces associated with living life. All of the expectations on professionals in the workplace result in a common truth – work-life balance and avoiding burnout is a challenge.

There is not a one size fits all solution, but by incorporating Industrial Hygiene principles you can anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control burnout in early stages.
