HEXmon SENSOR – 24/7 Factory Indoor Air Quality Monitoring
The intelligent companion for containment and control systems
Designed for manufacturing environments and supported with science and application experience the HEXmon SENSOR Platform provides continuous monitoring, alerting and reporting of relative changes in particulate matter (PM) and total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs).
Environmental parameters such as noise levels (dBA), ambient temperature, relative humidity, and atmospheric pressure are also monitored to provide context.
PM and TVOC are indicators of workplace air quality and by association potential exposure risk.
HEXmon SENSOR provides insight into the effectiveness of containment strategies and engineering controls such as local exhaust ventilation (LEV) and 24/7 monitoring helps

SmartAIR
SmartAIR+ significantly improves the performance and energy efficiency of multi-branch industrial ventilation (LEV) systems. Using autonomous airflow control dampers and intelligent fan speed control using sophisticated algorithms and system modelling, SmartAIR+ optimises ventilation like never before.
Our novel energy-harvesting and wireless technologies enable rapid installation and make system modifications fast and cost-effective.
A key innovation is our Dust Deposition Sensor technology, which allows for safe relaxation of main duct velocity limits. By minimising airflow and system pressure, SmartAIR+ achieves substantial fan energy savings, which can exceed 90% compared to systems running at full speed.
