FAAM Licentiate

This level of membership is for those who have established their competence in the field of asbestos by obtaining the Certificate of Competence. It demonstrates you have relevant skills and knowledge, you are committed towards CPD, the Code of Ethics and your development, and ensures you remain relevant and employable.

As a Licentiate member, you’ll be able to use the LFAAM post-nominal and access all the membership benefits and resources.

You will need to hold the BOHS Certificate of Competence in Asbestos to become a Licentiate Member of the Faculty of Asbestos Assessment and Management. 

All Licentiate members are required to complete CPD and comply with the BOHS Code of Ethics.  

If you have already achieved Licentiate membership, there is the option to progress to Member level. To achieve Member Level of FAAM, you need to meet the requirements for Licentiate membership and have at least five years’ experience at a professional level.

Your membership will be due for renewal on the anniverary of your payment each year, you will be sent reminders well in advance.
