I have previously worked at HSE for over 20 years in various roles. My key interest and experience is in assisting organisations to develop strategic and sustainable approaches to health management, whilst working closely with senior management teams to embed appropriate leadership and culture needed for organisational health maturity. I am also the founder and co-director of the UK Hearing Conservation Association.

My aim is to contribute to a more multidisciplinary and leadership approach to health risk management, which can influence a longer term, more sustainable approach to ensure health for a modern society and post pandemic mind set.
