Annual Conference
Our Annual Conference in April/May (28th - 30th April 2009 at the Winter Gardens, Eastbourne) provides a potential audience over three days of upwards of 300 members and non-members of BOHS, typically representing a good cross-section of decision-makers within the occupational hygiene, health and safety community.   As well as a significant exhibition running alongside, there are also a number of  differernt sponsorship options available. 

Exhibitor Package

• The cost per stand is £480 (including VAT @ 17.5%) 
• All our sites are offered on a space only basis, strictly limited to a maximum of 3.0m wide x 2.0m deep. Exhibitors must make their own arrangements for stand construction and breakdown. Single 3-pin, 13A electricity supply will be available to each stand, if required. Exhibitors are required to supply their own extension boards. A table and up to two chairs will be provided for each stand.
• Coffee, tea and buffet lunches for all delegates will be served in or near the exhibition area.
• Stand space is offered strictly on a first-come first-served basis and must be booked via the booking form (ie can not be booked on-line). When completed, please send the form, together with a cheque (payable to BOHS) to the address shown or complete your credit card details (VISA or Mastercard not American Express) and fax to number shown. Once payment and booking have been received, a VAT receipt and location information will be forwarded by return. Regrettably, bookings cannot be accepted without the appropriate payment.  We strongly recommend that you contact David Riordan at BOHS, by e-mail at david@bohs.org or by phone on 01332 298101, to check availability before completing the booking form.  The booking form for our 2009 Annual Conference, to be held in Eastbourne from 28th to 30th April, is not yet available.
• The Exhibitor Package includes:
  o admission to all conference sessions, with morning coffee, afternoon tea and lunch, for a maximum of two representatives per stand;
  o company profile within the Abstracts Booklet in the delegate pack.  

Sponsorship Packages

Sponsorship Packages are available to non-exhibitors as well as exhibitors and are usually offered on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. They can NOT be booked via the Exhibition booking form; please contact David Riordan at BOHS on 01332 298101 to confirm availability, discuss requirements and to make your booking. Please note that all costs are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% but may NOT include admission to the Conference.
