Annual Conference
Our Annual Conference in April/May (27th-29th April 2010 at the Majestic Hotel, Harrogate) provides a potential audience over three days of upwards of 300 members and non-members of BOHS, typically representing a good cross-section of decision-makers within the occupational hygiene, health and safety community. As well as a significant exhibition running alongside, there are also a number of  differernt sponsorship options available. 

Exhibitor Packages 

The cost per stand (including VAT at the appropriate rate) starts at £550. There are four Exhibitor Packages to choose from:

Option 1. £550 
    - Exhibition stand with a maximum of 2 representatives
    - Morning coffee, afternoon tea and lunch each day for both representatives
    - Company profile within the conference programme

Option 2. £700
    - Includes all of the benefits of option 1 plus;
    - access to conference sessions for both of your representatives (a huge saving as 2 full conference places cost £944!)

Option 3. £750
   - Includes all of the benefits of option 1 plus;
   - the opportunity to present a 5-10 minute advertorial at the beginning or end of a session – showcase a new product?

Option 4. £900
   - Includes all of the benefits of option 1 plus;
   - access to conference sessions for both of your representatives, and;
   - the opportunity to present a 5-10 minute advertorial at the beginning or end of a session

Coffee and tea for all delegates will be served in the exhibition area.

All packages include your company profile within the Abstracts Booklet in the delegate pack.  

All our sites are offered on a ‘space only’ basis and the above prices are based on a maximum size of 3m wide x 2m deep space. Due to the nature of this year’s venue there are a variety of sizes, please contact the office for details of costs.

Exhibitors are responsible for booking the correct size for their display and must make their own arrangements for stand construction. Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Exhibition stands must be booked via the booking form (ie can not be booked on-line). This year we are introducing the opportunity for you to showcase your products and services via an advertorial presentation which will take place at the beginning or the end of a session.

   - Showcase your products and services with a 5-10 minute advertorial presentation: £300

As well as advertorials, other sponsorship opportunities are available to non-exhibitors as well as exhibitors. These are important in increasing your conference presence to your target audience and there are several to choose from according to your budget:

• Exhibition drinks reception: £750 
     o Includes full branding in all areas of the reception and a formal announcement
• Conference dinner:
     o Drinks reception £600
     o Wine with dinner £500
     o Menu cards £500
     o All of the above £1,500
• Delegate lunches (full conference only package): £1,000
     o Includes full branding and a formal announcement at the beginning of the conference
• Advertising in conference programme at discounted rates:

     o Inside front cover, full colour £750
     o Inside back cover, full colour £650
• Delegate bags to hold delegate packs £500
• Lanyards for delegate badges £500
• Insert in delegate pack/bag from £100, dependant on the size of insert
