A leadership framework for occupational hygienists? Join the debate.

BOHS is launching a debate on the need for a leadership framework for professional hygienists, leading to a workshop at OH2012, our Annual Conference in Cardiff.

Leadership is of course an important aspect for individuals at all levels, but for occupational hygiene professionals who find themselves in more and more senior positions it is a vital part of their role. A tailored framework could provide an opportunity to apply leadership development training to the hygiene community as a whole.
