We’re happy to accept advertising in our newsletter and on our website, and flyers and brochures for direct mail to our members, with the proviso that the content is authorised beforehand by the Secretariat.

Web banners and general publicity of relevance to our membership is likely to be acceptable. The members’ only section of the website includes a job search area, for which recruitment ads for hygienists and related professions can be submitted. In certain circumstances, recruitment ads for a wider audience may be accepted for the public area of the site.

We also have a monthly mailing to our members, and inserts can be included, and selected by region, UK only, or worldwide. The newsletter is quarterly, and can carry colour ads. In no circumstances will we make available our membership mailing lists.

Advertising rates

These are a guide only, and other size/weight requirements may be accommodated and their rates negotiated. For all advertising, it’s necessary to check with the Secretariat on the availability of space, for approval of the content, technical details, or to negotiate alternative requirements. We do aim to be as flexible as possible. All rates exclude VAT.
