How to be a Good Witness; "Perks and Pitfalls" : Rory Jackson, McClure Naismith

The emphasis is on practical advice. We cannot teach someone how to be a great witness. We can give some help and guidance from a lawyer's perspective.

Rory is dual qualified in Scotland and England and has advised on a wide range of liability insurance related matters including representation of clients at FAIs. He has a specific interest in Health and Safety and had gained his NEBOSH general certificate.
